Le Mépris is Jean-Luc Godard’s lushly photographed 1963 epic that charts the breakdown of a marriage while taking numerous satirical stabs at the heart of Hollywood commercialisation. This French-Italian New Wave drama film stars Brigitte Bardot and received universal acclaim from critics.
Due to a scheduling conflict, the screening will begin at 8:00pm instead of 6:30pm as initially announced. Doors will open at 7:30pm.
